Sunning area on upstairs deck and entertainment area with tv and gas grill downstairs. Hot/Cold outdoor shower to enjoy after a long day at the beach. This home offers a king bed, queen and twin bunks. There is a pull out sofa if needed.

If reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund and retain 15% of the Gross Rental Fee plus a $75.00 Administration Fee. If reservations are canceled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, refuse the rental property or do not show up, the owner will retain the entire amount paid.
The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Tenant under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Tenant must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of the this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Tenant within 7 business days from the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions.
