SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

These SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in text message (SMS/MMS) programs operated by Dune Life Rentals (“Dune Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from Dune Life Rentals, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
About Our SMS Programs
Dune Life Rentals operates two separate SMS programs that you may opt in to independently:
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to enroll in our SMS programs.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to one or both SMS programs by checking the corresponding consent boxes on our welcome form, booking form, or other Dune Life Rentals forms where SMS opt-in is offered. By providing your phone number and checking a consent box, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Dune Life Rentals at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or booking.
Message Frequency
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to messages sent and received. Dune Life Rentals does not charge for the messages themselves, but your wireless carrier may. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
HELP Command
If at any time you need help or have questions about our SMS programs, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a response with our contact information and instructions on how to opt out. You can also email us at shawn@duneliferentals.com.
STOP Command (Opt Out)
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS from that program. Replying STOP to a marketing message will only opt you out of marketing messages; you may continue to receive transactional messages related to your reservation. To opt out of all SMS, reply STOP to a transactional message as well, or contact us directly.
Other accepted opt-out keywords include CANCEL, END, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you can re-enroll at any time by checking the consent boxes on our forms again.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS programs are compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on factors outside of our control, including network availability and your wireless carrier’s policies. We are not responsible for any delay, failure, or other technical issue affecting message delivery.
Privacy and Data Use
Your phone number and SMS opt-in information are used solely for the purpose of delivering messages from Dune Life Rentals. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number or SMS opt-in information to third parties for marketing purposes. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Your continued participation in our SMS programs after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
