Come stay with us at Kelly's Sea Shed! This house is perfectly placed in a great area off of Sharks Tooth Trail. This 3bed/2bath is perfect for 6-7 people!

Site 1211 is a 3bed/2 bath house with the two of the bedrooms having a queen bed and the third bedroom having a full bed. This house also offers a pull out sofa that is a full bed. The bathrooms are both full baths- one has a walk-in shower and the other bath has a shower/tub combo. This house will come with a golf cart for your use during the stay. Updated flooring installed throughout the house as of January 24'.

Cancellation Policy

If reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund and retain 15% of the Gross Rental Fee plus a $75.00 Administration Fee. If reservations are canceled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, refuse the rental property or do not show up, the owner will retain the entire amount paid.

Deposit Policy

The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Tenant under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Tenant must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of the this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Tenant within 7 business days from the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions.

Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
