Come enjoy our 4 br 2 bath stilt home! This home features 3 queen and twin bunk beds. We have wifi, cable, gas grill and a fully stocked kitchen. You are sure to enjoy the relaxation this home offers right on the canal. Home has recently been updated with all new laminate flooring throughout the home. Entertainment area downstairs including newly installed covered tv with seating and plenty of seating on the deck! Located in the central area of campground near the store and waterpark!

Policies

Cancellation Policy

If reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund and retain 15% of the Gross Rental Fee plus a $75.00 Administration Fee. If reservations are canceled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, refuse the rental property or do not show up, the owner will retain the entire amount paid.

Deposit Policy

The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Tenant under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Tenant must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of the this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Tenant within 7 business days from the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions.
